Clemens Hagen, CEO

Clemens holds a MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Science in Switzerland. He studied at the University of Hagen in Germany technical optics and patent engineering as well as technology and innovation. At the University of St. Gallen (HSG) he graduated from the Entrepreneurial Excellence program.

In 2005 he joined Pantec Engineering AG where he developed various industrial and medical systems electronics. Clemens is constantly developing and has held several senior positions during his career. In 2018, the business unit Medical Laser merged with Pantec Biosolutions AG, where he held the position of CTO until he received the call to lead the company as CEO.

He is leading the movement of digital transformation in the Pantec Group and empowering people to work in new ways. Clemens believes in a bright future and our ability to build it together.

In addition to his work, he is involved in local sports clubs and is very active in sports himself. He loves to do manual work. Clemens is married and has five children.
